Our brand was born from a desire to bring the calm, tactile beauty of nature back into urban living spaces. Rattan weaving is one of Southeast Asia’s oldest and most sustainable craft traditions, yet modern synthetic furniture threatened to obscure its timeless value. We set out to change that by re-imagining classic rattan chairs, cabinets, and storage accessories for contemporary homes.
Central to our philosophy is absolute respect for raw natural materials. Rattan is a fast-growing climbing palm that regenerates rapidly, making it one of the most environmentally responsible choices for furniture making. We source only mature, high-grade rattan stalks from managed forest reserves, stripping and steam-bending the vines by hand without relying on toxic chemicals or intensive industrial processes.
